FitMOM alert!!!

The start of a new year made me realize that I wasn't as healthy as I would've hoped for. So as of January 2013 I started a fitness journey to change my way of living. I stopped drinking (alcohol, juice and the little amount of soda that took in occasionally). WATER and Soy milk were my new BFF's. I also looked into clean eating solutions.

This journey was not only to lose weight. I wanted to lose fat, gain muscle and become toned. I came across a comment on a friends status that I replied to. It mentioned Bodybuilding.com and how it was free. Workouts, meal plans, meeting people who also want to change. 

This was the Instagram photo I posted 23weeks my before photo. I wish I posted the side view as well. 




Now this photo I took yesterday July 1, 2013😊. Very proud of my progress but I'm still working hard to get where I would like to be.
