So earlier this week I have decided to start the CG method after being natural for 3months come Aug 1st 2012. The CG Method promotes no poo hair meaning no shampoo. Instead I have found a new cleansing method using baking soda, apple cider vinegar and water. I simply LOVED it and will continue this no poo journey with mine and my daughters hair. Since we will be deploying overseas this came at a perfect time. I know some of the things available in the states will not be there. My next task is to find out what my curl pattern is so I can find the right products for me. I personally would like to find out by buying every product i think will work.
